W pracy przeprowadzono przegląd piśmiennictwa recenzowanych badań indeksowanych w głównych bazach danych, używając wyspecyfikowanych słów kluczowych oraz jednoznacznych kryteriów uwzględnienia i pominięcia. Dokonano syntezy reprezentatywnych pozycji piśmiennictwa oraz dyskusji w celu przedstawienia zakresu tematycznego oraz wagi aktualnych dowodów naukowych. Niezbędne są dalsze badania mające określić czynniki determinujące relację pacjent (dziecko)–robot terapeutyczny, jej siłę oraz wskazówki do praktyki klinicznej.

Słowa kluczowe: robotyka, rehabilitacja neurologiczna, robot terapeutyczny, dzieci, deficyt neurologiczny

ABSTRACT
The application of therapeutic robots may be perceived as the newest supplementary method within contemporary pediatric neurorehabilitation and can be related to its effectivness. However, the number of research in the area is limited. A rigorous research of literature reviews indexed in major databases was conducted using the specified keywords and explicit inclusion and exclusion criteria. Representative literature was synthesized and discussed to indicate the scope and weight of current evidence. More research is needed to establish important factors determining patient (child)-therapeutic robot relationship, the strength of this association and guidances to clinical practice.

Key words: robotics, neurorehabilitation, therapeutic robot, children, neurological deficit
